Motorists using the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) are advised to top up their RFID accounts to help alleviate expected traffic congestion during the upcoming Blackpink concert. The event, part of the “Deadline World Tour,” is scheduled at the Philippine Arena on November 22 and 23, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Heavy traffic is anticipated, prompting NLEX Corporation to urge travelers to plan their routes in advance.

The concert marks Blackpink's return to the Philippines after their “Born Pink Tour” in March 2023 at the same venue. The South Korean girl group, renowned for their global hit songs such as “Lovesick Girls” and “Kill This Love,” continues to draw massive fans worldwide, earning them the title “K-Pop's biggest girl group.”

To manage the traffic situation, fans attending the concert are advised to use the NLEX Ciudad de Victoria exit. Meanwhile, motorists heading to Bocaue or Santa Maria are encouraged to take alternative routes via Marilao, Bocaue, or Tambubong exits. Additional traffic personnel will be deployed in key areas along the expressway to assist motorists and manage the traffic flow during the event.

Looking forward, the management's proactive measures, including personnel deployment and public advisories, aim to minimize disruptions and ensure the smooth movement of vehicles. Continued updates from NLEX Corporation may assist commuters in navigating these busy days efficiently, reported Balita.

Key Takeaways

  • Blackpink's “Deadline World Tour” is expected to cause significant traffic at NLEX.
  • Concertgoers are urged to plan their trips in advance and use specified exits.
  • Additional traffic personnel will be present to manage congestion.
