Will My Thai Will Remain Valid If the Lawyer or Law Firm Closes?

Featured Replies

My and my wife hired a lawyer a few years ago to write a Will for us. As we have some condominiums that we own in Thailand and money in the bank.

The Will seems to be done professionally with the signing recording on our phones as evidence of our mental state, and having 2 witnesses to the signing.

As my wife and I are still relatively young and we don't have any children. I am sure we will out live the lawyer and this assistant that wrote the Will. And he works from a small Law Firm.

I am wondering if one of us pass away in the next 20 years will this Will still be valid if the law firm and the lawyer no longer exist?

Thanks,
