Forum Display Gone Hay Wire

The display I get when loggin in has gone like very weird, it may be what you call linear..not sure.

I have a screenshot but all the toggles and buttons have gone so I can't attach/upload anything.

The options button and my assistant button get no response.

Any ideas please
