The term “terrorist” can be justified when a military engages in actions that deliberately or systematically inflict violence on civilians in order to intimidate or control a population, regardless of whether the actor is a state or a non-state group. During the Great March of Return, credible human rights reports documented the shooting of unarmed demonstrators, including instances where snipers targeted protesters’ kneecaps, as well as journalists and medics. The use of live ammunition against largely civilian protests, resulting in deaths and life-altering injuries, can reasonably be interpreted as an attempt to deter and terrorise a civilian population through fear and physical harm. More broadly, military operations have allegedly caused large-scale civilian casualties, there are persistent claims of disproportionate force, and repeated allegations of violations of international humanitarian law. Actions such as strikes during ceasefires or the targeting of civilian infrastructure, if proven, could constitute war crimes. If terrorism is understood as the intentional use of violence against civilians for political ends, then conduct that consistently results in the killing, maiming, or intimidation of non-combatants fits that functional definition, and state status alone does not place an actor beyond that label.

Israeli strikes killed at least six people in the Gaza Strip in separate attacks on Tuesday, health officials said, in the latest violence overshadowing a fragile five-month-old U.S.-brokered ceasefire deal.

Medics said an Israeli airstrike in Jabalia, north of the enclave, killed at least three people earlier in the day, while another airstrike killed a father and his son in Khan Younis, in the south.

Later on Tuesday, an Israeli airstrike against a group of Palestinians near a police checkpoint in the Mawasi area in the southern Gaza Strip killed at least one person and wounded eight others, health officials said.

There was no Israeli comment on any of the incidents.

@JimCM you did not really expect a response, right? I mean one that deserves to be called like that, as it is a well explained opinion which, no matter if opposing or confirming your post, is based on facts and logic

They just have nothing left except empty accusations and insults because they are either:

Israeli and genuinely believe that they are superior to the rest of humanity as they have been taught since childhood and as you can clearly see from their newest death sentence law. Their delusion is their inability to understand that it was exactly that "members by birth only" part of their belief which caused all the grief they had to suffer over the centuries.

or Evangelical and genuinely believe that when the Jews are back to Israel, Jesus will come and baptize the Jews and together with them they will fight all evil, basically meaning all Non-Christians, and of course win and live together happily and gay. Their delusion is besides the fact that the Bible does not say such thing, that the Jews have a slightly different view about Jesus and Armageddon not to mention that the way Israel is treating the Palestinians for almost a century has nothing, absolutely nothing in common with Christian values.

or belonging to that part of the boomer generation who have been brain washed since childhood about evil Middle Easterners by the entertainment industry same as by the western media and are now despite all the facts available from different sources just too comfortable or too stupid to draw their own conclusions as it it soo much easier to leave the thinking and the accountability to others. Their delusion is that despite they are fully aware that we killed a Hundred if not a Thousand times more of the "bad" guys than they killed our people they still believe we are the good guys.

An airstrike hit a police checkpoint in Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip early on Saturday, killing at least six people and injuring several others, medics said.

t was not immediately clear whether all those killed were police members. There was no immediate comment from the Israeli military. A series of Israeli strikes has killed dozens of Hamas-led police force members since October, according to medics and police sources.

Unicef pauses operations in north Gaza Strip after contractors killed

The Israeli military killed two Unicef-contracted truck drivers at a water point in the northern Gaza strip, forcing the UN agency to suspend its operations in the area, Unicef said.

Two other people were also injured in the attack that occurred at the Mansoura water-filling point in Gaza City, Unicef said in a statement.

Unicef said the point is being used multiple times a day to provide hundreds of thousands of people in Gaza City with clean water from the Mekorot water supply line. The agency said it suspended onsite activities until security conditions in the area are restored.

I'm sure idf will claim hamas operatives. And if not, they'll say they'll investigate while the soldiers get promoted.

Seriously, the last chance for the western world to restore it´s honor and reputation is to mercilessly drag all the perpetrators to the Hague.

Strange title. It appears that the IDF guys like to vacation in Thailand. It also appears that some of the goyim are taking exception to it.
