It should have been a very easy, very clear a 9-0 decision. See my other post.

There was no Emergency it was "business as usual" and therefore all 9 SC's should have voted against his incorrect use of the IEEPA.

It's absolutely clear to me that Trump should have proposed what he wanted to do to Congress, he doesn't have the authority to bypass Congress on this and every other issue where he has broken the law.

The big issue I see is that the SC is broken and not fit for purpose and that America has a wannabe dictator at the helm.

His administration is starting to do more and more illegal things. Things that they know will get them arrested if the Democrats win the next election. This behaviour makes them dangerous as they will risk anything to stay in power.
