US troops told that the war on Iran is all part of God’s divine plan

Only 12 soldiers believed and bought into the nonsense and they are all CINO's. Christians in name only. Anybody who buys into this has not spent 5 minutes in prayer in their entire lifetime, outside of church. Phony to the core.

invoking extremist Christian rhetoric about biblical “end times” to justify involvement in the Iran war to troops.

More bloodshed has been caused by organized religions -- Christianity even worse than Islam. If there is a god, he/she/it has a weird sense of humor.

I guess separation of church and state is just another element of the Constitution gone by the wayside under Trump.

Tiny Petie is gloating over the deaths of men who were attacked In cold blood, ones who had nothing to do with the battle at hand. It really shows you who he is, and who he represents.

He is a dumb, sad man, the kind that trump like to have as a back up.....but more to the point, the Iranian ship had been invited to take part in a "friendly" exercise, in which the US participated. See more......

Pete Hegseth torpedoed an UNARMED ship sailing home from a friendly naval exercise, killed 87 sailors, and left the rest floating in the Indian Ocean without lifting a finger to help.

On March 4th, a U.S. submarine fired a single Mark 48 torpedo into the hull of the IRIS Dena, an Iranian frigate returning from India's MILAN 2026 multinational naval exercises. The ship had roughly 180 people on board. At least 87 were killed and 61 remain missing. Sri Lanka's navy had to step in and rescue the 32 survivors.

Here's what makes this even more sickening. Both the U.S. and Iran were participants in the same Indian-hosted exercise, which required ships to operate without live ammunition.

The U.S. sent a P-8A patrol aircraft that flew drills alongside the Dena just days before a submarine destroyed her. Former Indian Foreign Secretary Kanwal Sibal called the attack premeditated, noting the U.S. knew exactly where the ship was because it had been invited to the same exercise.

Strategic affairs expert Brahma Chellaney put it bluntly: if the Dena was lightly armed or unarmed, the strike resembles a premeditated execution more than combat.

Sinking a ship that was someone's guest, that was following peacetime protocols, that couldn't fight back. Then leaving sailors to drown thousands of miles from home. That's not strength, that’s a war crime.

I had no idea that was a friendly exercise the US was participating in, that not only makes it a war crime it makes it a positively heinous thing to do, and it does show us the true nature of Tiny Petie, as a murderous psychopath.

One can only hope that he and Trump are eventually tried for war crimes and locked up.

Your verbal gymnastics and convoluted argument intended to blame Israel for the funding of Hamas is what is laughable nothing else. The money transfers from Israel to Gaza were not secret and were transparent. They had to be, because they were for the payment of salaries of "government workers" and for humanitarian purposes. The transfers were done under the supervision of the EU and UN.

Money also entered Gaza from Egypt at Rafah. You know, the big Arab country that borders Gaza. The money entered by transfers, by courier and by smuggler.

Netanyahu was warned twice that Qatari cash was funding Hamas military wing – reports

According to accounts denied by PM’s office, ex-Shin Bet chief, IDF told premier in 2019-2020 that terror chief Muhammad Deif was seizing millions from monthly payments

Try telling, "it's all part of God's devine plan" to the families of the dead US servicemen whose remains have been repatriated to the US, this especially when Trump has described fallen servicemen as, "suckers and losers".

Furthermore he turns up for the repatriation service wearing a white baseball cap, how dignified! The man is an idiot and there is absolutely no doubt about it.

OK. What exactly did you expect netanyahu to do? Israel had no influence with Qatar. The Qataris used their oil wealth and location to buy off the the UK, USA, Egypt, extremist Islamic terror groups and Iran. It was a solid strategy too, because it insulated Qatar from problems and it worked for Qatar. Well it worked until the Qataris duplicity rubbed the Saudis and Emiratis the wrong way. Then, the carefully crafted strategy started to fall apart when Hezbolah's brutality in Syria on behalf of Iran and the Assad regime, turned the Arab world against Assad. It was in tatters by the time the reality of Hamas' leaders living in luxury compounds, while Gazans lived in dire conditions, leaked out. Qatar used Europe and the UK to accomplish its fund transfers. The bankers of Luxemburg, Belgium and the UK squealed with delight at their large fees. Qatar did what it did for its own national interest, which is what countries do and its strategy protected it from Israeli objections or interference.

So Israel wasn't helping Qatar funnel funds into Gaza?

You are very good at victim blaming.

Israel was obliged and forced to allow Qatar to fund "humanitarian" aid in Gaza. The EU & UK insisted that the money be allowed to enter.

You are very good at finding a way to blame Israel or the USA for any thing. Had Israel not allowed the "humanitarian aid" funds to enter, you would be the first to claim Israel was trying to starve Gaza etc.

The point I am trying to make is that out of all the countries in the world, the USA is the most prolific in its use of bombs. No other country even comes close.

Bombs don't discriminate. They kill innocent women and children, as well as combatants. But I suppose a person with your mindset dismisses that as "collateral damage"

Let's look at history, during Britain's rule they had invaded almost 90 percent of the world's countries. In 1913, 412 million people lived under the control of the British Empire, which at the time was about 23 percent of the world's population. Britain remains the largest empire in human history and at the peak of its power in 1920, it covered an astonishing 13.71 million square miles - that's close to a quarter of the world's land area.

I'm not completely sure that organized religion even represents God, or that if there is a God that God is even behind religion. There are different forms of spirituality that are considerably less dogmatic and there might be some presence of God within them, but a lot of religions talk about God, but don't know much about God nor spirit, nor do the practitioners behave as if they truly believed in a higher power. CINO?
