The Israeli Air Force destroyed an aircraft used by Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and other senior regime officials in a precise strike at Mehrabad Airport in Tehran overnight into March 16, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced.

The plane served both domestic and international flights to advance military procurement and coordination with Iran's "axis" allies.

"Another strategic asset of the regime has been degraded," the military stated.

They may have shot down an aircraft belonging to the "higher ups" but it was probably just redeploying!

The aircraft wasnt shot down .

It was parked at the airport

It does not matter where the aircraft was as there is no report of anyone of any significance being in it!

Iran's security chief Ali Larijani may also have been blown up according to breaking news coming out of Israel. This is a very significant strike. In another significant strike the commander of the Basij militia Gholamreza Soleimani is also reported as being taken out. Two very high level hardliners.
