March 17Mar 17 Popular Post Hi,i'm looking for a place to do an ayahuasca retreat in Thailand. I have found many places, this place included. So, i would like to know whether some of you have experience with such retreats in Thailand, and if someone could suggest some.I know thailand is very strict about drugs. Would such a retreat be considered as a big law offense by thai authorities, or are they more forgiving, as the use in this case would not be recreative but therapeutic.I'm not new to the ayahuasca world, so i know what i am doing. Please answer only if you know what you are talking about, as this marvelous substance as such a bad reputation by the non-expert.Thanks. ps the bloody linking function does not work: https://plantmedicineth.com/grandmother_vine/
March 30Mar 30 Author Thanks.Yes, i know. I'm dying to go there. But for the moment i'll be travelling to Thailand soon.In my country, Ayahuasca is illegal as well, but the penalities for participating to a ceremony are low if not non existant. That page says"In Thailand, the legal status of ayahuasca is unclear. While there's no specific law regarding it, the country has strict drug regulations, with severe penalties (including the death penalty) for possession and trafficking."So, does any know what the risk are, for consuming only, without possession of the substance ?https://www.apljourneys.com/is-ayahuasca-legal
April 17Apr 17 If you are already in Thailand and want to take a side trip, there is a place in Philippines. Google it. I wanted to try it, but it was too expensive. They do however do free taster sessions periodically.
April 18Apr 18 Bangkok-based journalist Nicholas Creed, did write a comprehensive article about his experience with Ayahuasca in Thailand. It was posted on his Creed Speech substack. Unfortunately I cannot provide you the link to that article as Substack currently provides an error. But if you are insterested I can copy paste the content of the article from his Newsletter PM to you. Just let me know.
