A notorious TikTok mum on the run from the UK, who boasted about living off UK benefits while living in Thailand, has been imprisoned.

Ellis Matthews gained a following on the platform after candidly discussing how her £2,300 per-month lifestyle was funded by British taxpayers' money. She even provided tips on how to exploit the system.

it would seem that here is no mention of the 'benefit fraud' in the article, other than her claiming that she was living on disability living allowance, and her saying she never received any benefits, she was detained in Thailand for overstay, and was convicted in UK for drug offences after returning to UK, no mention of charges or a conviction for fraud.

Nothing to do with benefits as such. She admitted she made that element completely up purely to obtain "clicks" on her social media account

Clearly it worked

She was rightly jailed for dealing Class A drugs

A pity that she's not serving her sentence in the Bangkok Hilton.

One f/w less to worry about.
