So your way is to let someone shoot at you first? Got it.

Thinking of Trump as a saviour of anything puts you well below the bottom of my sensible people.

Nothing important. The US is fighting WW II style. Iran is/will be fighting guerilla style. Didn't the US learn anything in Vietnam?

Nice avoidance? So you think the best way is to let a threat shoot first?

and Americans will be slaughtered if that takes place.

You will watch the polls and cheer each. And scream for more, come on Iran, kill more, Americans, there is an election coming.

It's odd that you accuse someone of screaming who is posting written words. None of mean "come on Iran, kill more Americas". Which leaves one of 2 rational possibilities. Either you are making things up or you are literally stalking/investigating Surasak. Which is it?

I will take your non-responsive answer as confirmation that you're just making stuff up.

That America and it's lap dog proxy Israel are the enemies of the civilised world is now beyond doubt we must hope and pray they are taught a lesson they will never forget. God willing. the videos circulating on X of the US air base in Kuwait indicate that it is being taught.

You can take anything you want, ass everyone here knows, you had nothing before and nothing.

My only question is how much more of a beating will Iran get before a bunch of you scurry away and come back as someone else.

Do something about it.

Why waste my time answering such obviously nonsensical and pathetic drivel.

There are now +/-3000 comments appended to the original article in The Daily Telegraph. Imo this one posted today by Geoffrey Hollis offers an excellent critique:

"Day 6 after Heath's article and it looks more ridiculous than ever. Trump is in trouble and the world is facing a disaster as a result of a foolish war. This is just the same unravelling as followed Heath's support for Truss and her similarly impetuous budget".

"What is wrong with the West’s expert class? Do they really believe, as they keep telling us, that the war against Iran is a disaster, the end of days, the final humiliation for Donald Trump? Such defeatism, such catastrophism are not warranted. It is far too soon to conclude how this war will end, regardless of what Iranian propagandists and other appeasers would have us believe."

Again, as with most of the other limited number of opinion pieces I start topics with, no one here will be able to dispute the assertions therein, so expect the usual Iran/China agitprop with the boring old anti american anti trump anti semitic trolling from the usual suspects.

Just wanted to make sure you took note of what "this guy who sees through the lies" wrote about the bottom line:

"I don’t know how this war will end. Trump’s negotiations may fail. He may botch an invasion, or he may launch a successful airborne raid. What is certain is that he must reopen the Strait and will be judged on the outcome."

Whats your point?

What don't you understand about how he will judge the outcome of the war with Iran if Trump pulls out American forces before the Strait of Hormuz is secured? How will "this guy who sees through the lies" view Trump's claim of victory if America pulls out before the Strait of Hormuz is secured? Will he see it as the truth or as a lie?

I have no idea, why dont you go to the article and ask him in the comments. Such a dumb question.

I'm not the one who made claims that "this guy sees through lies." That was you.

And now they're even launching missiles and drones at countries that were trying to stay neutral or had no direct involvement.

BS. Those countries host American bases.

Here's the problem: Jet fuel has doubled in price. Gasoline and diesel in Thailand have gone up by 10 baht/litre. Oil on world markets is above $100 a barrel.

That affects food, chemicals, fertilizer, transport costs - everything. And Iran can keep the choke hold on indefinitely.

The biggest miscalculation since the US decided to kick the Taliban out of Afghanistan.
