I'm saying that you shouldn't be surprised when someone disagrees with you. Even if you've interpreted all those laws correctly (despite having zero understanding and needing to use an AI to do the job for you), it's ultimately meaningless as people can see on a daily basis what's happening and what isn't.

The Ministerial Order OF THE IMMIGRATION BUREAU No. 327/2557 Police Order at Clause 5 as regards "legitimate reason" in no way authorizes any type payment as that is determined solely in Section 35 the Immigration Act.
