With regards to pulling the USA out of NATO. While he is President I wouldn't trust the US to fully honour article 5 commitments and come to the aide of a European country, if they were attacked by Russia. So whether he pulls the US out of NATO, or not, would not likely change the security situation.

For a few years I lived in Alameda town CA close to Oakland Coliseum and Oakland A's baseball. Sometimes I would just go over there, buy a ticket to the game, and join the sparse home team crowd. Because the A's then weren't doing so well.

Then the A's started winning and you couldn't get near the place.

I saw a post about it and commented. Have you tried to think about what it was all about. Why it happened. Bernie's speech was good on the day - don't concur with all his policies but very eloquent and tends to get to the nub of things.

I don't see anything wrong with the fact if older people were overrepresented. The older might have a better sense of the broad issues and risks of how things are going as compared to younger ones who my focus on passionate specific issues. Having said that I did see a fair range of ages - wasn't like a pensioner walk or something.

Laws need to be changed then. Tough spot as it might cause more harm by doing so. Dont get me wrong I find it vulgar in today's world that some people are so rich. It disgusts me but it is built on the system we have allowing them to do so. Decades and all kinds of different political sides have allowed it to get to this point.
