Nah, she hasn't attempted to make those.

Does have to adjust the elastic on the ones I have, as decades old from the USA. Should have told my brother to bring me new stock when he visited last year.

    Most provincial capitals will have tailors. Usually in or near the main market.

    They supply shirts to govt. workers etc.
