Unable to login for online 90 days reporting

Featured Replies

As the title suggests I am having difficulty with the login for the online 90 days.

I load my email address and password which are saved on my phone ( checked both email address and password are correct) make sure the green tick is on the Cloudflare check box and click login.

It thinks for a while, 3 dots flashing then goes back to the login page without any details filled in, no reason why and have tried many many times !!

My email address hasn’t changed and am using the original password from when online 90 days became available.

Last used this function around 88 days ago and recently received the email notification that 90 days notification is due 7th May ( will be leaving the country in mid May for 3 weeks so no problem in reporting early ).

Can some kind soul check their online 90 days login to see if it is actually available .

Thanks Gecko, you are absolutely correct. Amazingly this message: doesn’t come up until I had reset my password and logged in. Need to remember for the next time to just click “ forgot password “ .

I used them last November and the report was done in Roi Et. You may want to double check if it's important to you.

Just tried it. No problems.

online 90 day reporting has put this really annoying software on the website which makes it mandatory for you to change your password every 90 days. Which means that you have to change your password every time you report. Just click on the “forgot your password?” Icon on the login screen, you’ll get an email with a link to update your password, and you should be good to go.

Ironically the message says it is recommended and not actually mandatory !!

Some time back I couldn't log in to online report.

I then reset password. No problem.

Since then I have not needed to change password.

If it stops working I will just update password.

Edit: rather than start new thread.

Does anyone have suggestion for agent to do upcoming 90 report Bangkok.

I'm unable to do it in person or mail.

Returned from trip abroad so online not an option.

TIA

Am now wondering how long this “ new” password stays valid for ?

Before i reset the password i did find another password for the 90 day online site ( which also didn’t work) that i probably ( memory failure 😞 ) used for last online 90 day report, but that was 76 days ago !!

All irrelevant as next time, which will be around 28th January 2027 due to leaving the country and doing 1st 90 days in person all this change password malarkey will be a distant memory !!

TVC launched a new web portal service for 90-day reports about 6 months ago. When they launched it was 375 baht, not sure of the current price.

https://90day.in.th/

They even mail you the report confirmation which is included in the cost.

And a very good service it is however the report will not be done in Bangkok which may not suit the OP.

Thanks, @Upnotover and @BrandonJT

This confirms my thinking.

Grace via, message posted the Link

Brandon also posted.

Relaxed now.

FWIW Think the cost is ~400b and you just upload pp ID page etc.

Was just looking for confirmation.

My understanding is report is done at CW

Thanks Up. Actually thinking of skipping the whole 90 report gig and coping the 2k fine at next extension in Nov.

Currently room bound and not even able to report via mail.

Yes, the notice recommends the pass be changed every 90 days. A password will be good for a certain amount of time. I'm guessing that might be for one year, or perhaps four 'report cycles'? This is a relatively recent development so we'll just have to find out.

From the last time I was forced to make a new password to get in to the system, I think I've done three reports. I wouldn't change the password until the system forces it again; i.e., you can no longer log in. Then just go through the 'forgot password' routine and make a new one.

Exactly. That mirrors my experience.

Now if only Thai IT could improve online reporting to not require in person report after trip abroad.

We all love Thailand but seriously is it that hard.

One can almost imagine the difficulties are designed by Thai immigration

That sounds about right, my last online 90 days report was 76 days ago and i don’t remember going through the reset password process then so was probably two or three reports before that.

I have an app where i save various passwords and have left future me a note to click “ forgot password “ at the first sign of an issue.

Yes, it is ironic that they require you to do an in person report 90 days after entering the country but still send you a notification email 75 days after your last online report.

Aligning the two processes would cut down on confusion.

Always makes me laugh when on retirement extensions they ask me about 90 days report and i tell them i did it online and show them the receipt on my phone, kinda like i am doing their job for them !, as immigration they should know this.

Yep, doin' the 'forgot password shuffle' can get you out of a lot jams.

Won't go into the boring details but since last Nov I have had two trips out of Thailand.

The Reports window open while I'm out of Thailand.

Online report rejected.

So clever they you know you excited Thailand yet so stupid that upon return the next report needs to be done in Person.

Ridiculous

I use a computer and not a phone and have no problems with the password/reminder.

I have the site saved in my Edge cookies!

Log in, with my original username, password etc, solve the puzzle and good to go!

This seems to be the most 'competitive' service price-wise. Just a matter of ensuring that CW indeed is the reporting venue.

There are a couple other outfits noted in the facebook groups.

https://unionspace.co.th/90days-reporting-thailand.php

That one charges 900 baht for the service.

And this one costs 1000-1500. But at the upper end there, it'd probably be just as well to skip it, and any other reports that might come up prior to the next extension, and concede the (very likely) fine at extension time.

https://www.ptservicesagency.com/blog/thailand-90-days-report

There is also the Bumrungrad option, and I think the cost is 650 baht.

If I understand correctly, the issue preventing you from submitting it by mail is lack of physical mobility? If so, couldn't someone deliver the envelope to the PO for you?

[EDIT] Ah, I see, the report windows opened while you were outside the country, so mail-in is not gonna be an option.

First up.. Thanks so much for your advice re options.

Really only banging on about mobility to draw attention to expats here in Thailand. Perhaps for future issues.

One day all is cherry ripe. Next day not so.

Re your suggestion of someone for say 100b do the postal for you implies that you can print all the required docs even for Mail.

Anyway leave it there.

Immigration does not have provision for zero mobility

Got it, understood.

afaik; 90 day report can only be done in person, where the extension was issued
unless that has changed

90 report is done at immigration office where you are living.

If you change address for example from where your extension was issue to a different province/address you would have done a change of address TM30.

You may be thinking of transfer of stamps to new pp.

That is done at immigration office where the stamps were issued

Not true ,you don't have to change your password every 3 months .

They just recommend that you do for safety. I logged in yesterday without changing my password .

And if at the time of 90 day report I stay at a vacation spot and done my tm-30 on that “temporary” address what do I need to do ? Must go back home or can be done at local imm. Office with a copy of TM-30 (vacation spot) ?

Do your 90 report online using your usual address.

Rejected, 1st time after returning to Thailand.

Well of course online report would be rejected if it's first report after trip abroad.

They must be done in person or via mail

I did my online 90-day report on my PC two days ago. I submitted it mid-morning and had the approval arrive at 9.30pm the same day.

BTW, I also had the recommendation box to change my password but ignored it because it was only a recommendation. It allowed me to proceed anyway. When I can't proceed, I'll change it.

Yeah, i submitted mine yesterday at 10.17 am and it was approved today at 11.59 am, which is normal for my IO, usually a little more than 24 hours.

Seems like the password stays valid for a period now whereas before it never expired, how long that period is is unknown, maybe 6,9 or 12 months.

The recommendation to change the password is a little strange as, in my case, i had to change my password to gain access and the first thing i see is a recommendation to change the password every 3 months.

A message saying “ your current password will expire after (?) months “ would clear up the confusion.
