visa agents in BKK/Pattaya by name

Featured Replies

A mate just did his Non O 90 in Laos. He paid under 5 K I believe. All up took over a week. So add accom & living to that.

Then when back in Pattaya, he went to do his 90 day on time & then was given the run around and had to supply all the paperwork again & they charged him another 6K.

Never ending with Pats I/O.

Three kinds. C, Agents which provide 800,000 THB funding using bank transfers in/out same day. They require neither.

Recommended TVS to a friend.

He attended their office in Bangna paid ฿16000 for a yearly extension and had his passport back in 4 days (1000 Monday 27 April, returned 1400 Thursday 30 April 2026) No need for bank book to go with passport, just photocopies taken in office.

He was finished in 10 minutes.

Very happy with the service

Thank you for your report. Most helpful. Thai Visa Centre charge the same for Non-O retirement extensions. No need to go to your bank, immigration office or their office. You post off your passport together with 4 passport style photographs. You take a selfie and send it to them via LINE messenger or attached to an email.

Which immigration issues the stamps

They told me; 'your extension won't be issued from Bangkok, Samutprakarn or your own local immigration office but from the immigration office we coordinate with'.

That's all find however be aware what you need to do re 90 reporting and any business with immigration such as COR, transfer of stamps to new pp, TDL etc

Many thanks DrJack54. Thai Visa Centre do 90 day reporting for 500 baht single or 375 baht for bulk. Certificate of Residence I haven't yet needed in nine years in Thailand. Got a new passport last year. Thai Driving Licence I don't have because haven't driven for fourteen years. Wife insists upon driving me the 180 km round trip to immigration office. Unfortunately, she was getting forgetful even before her chemotherapy which has given her 'chemo fog'. This is why I want to avoid having to go anywhere unnecessarily.

That's why I posted re those items.

As long as folk have plans in place then the way you are doing things is fine.

In future I will be doing the same myself due to mobility.

Even a visit to CW (Bangkok) would be a No.

I just have a new pp and 5 yr TDL etc etc.

Agent can handle Reports.

So yes understand fully. And clearly you won't have an issue.

Never heard of an agent asking for your bank book, ATM card and pin number before. Is that a common requirement? Not sure I'd be okay with that under any circumstances unless it was an empty account I never planned to use in the future except for agents to play with.

Basically there are two kind of agents. A, the one that put the money in, get statement and have to get the money somehow out again, hence they ask for ATM. Each Bank also have their own policy in withdrawing money in person or by ATM. B, the agents that don't put money in or out. Obviously they ask only for Bank Bok as reference.

If the money is put in then taken out, how do you show them that you have kept the 800,000 baht in your account for the 90 day report of funds? Sorry a bit confused.

I've never heard of anybody using an agent having to show the 800K after 3 months or anybody not using an agent facing any consequences for ignoring it.

As for agents, I use (and recommend) Maneerat on Soi Post Office (13/2) in Pattaya, in Bangkok I used to use Asia VIsa Consulting (they had an office in my Condo but are now close to Asok BTS) NB when I used them they didn't offer the 800K "Agent Assisted Financing" - https://maps.app.goo.gl/s1yi1bf9dxbZqAW96
