Reminded me of my spouse and I looking at a condo to buy in Wongamat. Nice project, right on the beach. We went out to the balcony, which had a partial seaview but also looked towards another next door project, with multiple balconies. On one of the balconies was an old naked farang, bustling about. Me, the spouse, and the female real estate agent all pretended not to see him. In any case, we took a pass and found another condo we liked better.
