Yes, Iran still has those little boats a missile could take out, and when you keep losing people, you start to think negotiation. That is, if you actually care about your troops and don't just look at them as expendable, much like it's citizens.

I don't listen to Trump nonsense as I knew all about him long before he was president the first time. I see what needed to be done, and how long they hesitated before it started, and how many in Iran died by it's regime.
