They could modify the basic 90-day online reporting application for rejections, by highlighting any of the 12 mandatory from fields that are the catalyst for the rejection and include a unique rejection error code with an associated error code lookup description list.

Then as least the user would then have some idea of why and where the form submission was rejected.

There is already a system of informing the user why the TM47 was rejected. But it depends on if the officer at your local immigration office who is processing the application decides to populate that field or not.

It's an automated system that sends out an email based on your last 90-day report online. Ignore it, your next 90-day report is due 89 days from the day you stamped in to the country

Yes they know you have been out of the country. If you try and do online report re due date as though you had not exited Thailand the report would be rejected. Ignore the reminder email. When you r

Many thanks could you explain a lttle more, I am most interested.

Question, how is the user informed online real-time sitting in front of their PC or Smart Phone of why their 90-day online submission has been rejected?

The officer has the option of including a rejection reason when it is rejected. You can see it in the system after the rejection.

So you have 10 yr old TM30 and your imm office accepts.

And the many threads that state a 10 yr old TM30 would amount to a joke.

So where is this town? Korat?

I report CW no secrets necessary

More likely that it's not even required and they just accept it.

Sorta weird imo

I did the TM30 myself after registering in my Mrs' name 10 years ago. I have been to hotels all over Thailand, and several times to Dubai/UK.

Phitsanulok IO have accepted it and even printed a new copy last year, to keep in my Passport.

I do the TM30 myself if I have stayed in a hotel for example and returned back home to the house in Phuket, it takes two minutes to do online.

My thinking is: two minutes of my time is worth it in order to avoid any potential problems in the future.

Then print it out to use when needed.

It should also be included in any email rejecting your submission.

The generic reason is to 'report to your local Immigration office', but the IO can be more specific if he so chooses.
A friends recent rejection stated 'the details do not match that in our system'.
Indeed he'd put an extra digit in his passport number, but was still within the window to resubmit correcting his error.
