Has there ever been a case where some patron gave money to someone who had crashed a motorbike in Thailand and ended up in the hospital, and then the patron of the original Go Fund Me crashes his own motor bike, ends up in a hospital and has to start a Go Fund Me for himself? Could be a good plot line for one of the aspiring writers out there.

Every country within western Europe has compulsory international accident insurance and the Swiss, though not cleverly part of the European Union, have even deeper coverage with home plane repatriation and other perks in their insurance. But apparently the UK does not have such a compulsory system, like other english speaking nations. The UK government should be checking it's own who are leaving the country and make sure they have proper coverage. As many Brits (or others) are becomming a disgrace to their great nations.
