Unable to open my Krungsri bank app on phone , customer service number 1572 will not ring nor will the international number 026262626.
Anybody else having the same issues ?

I just accessed my account via the app, it is very slow though, so some issue I think

The app just updated on my phone this morning. Could it be linked?

I thought about that as my phone updated yesterday , but I have had no app update , but that doesn't explain the phones not working

Try rebooting the phone, solves most issues

Just tried. First time beeped once and cut off. Second time engaged tone. Third time went through and connected.

Be thankful, as an old todger i am not even allowed to have a Krungsri app.
