There’s a HK restaurant that recently opened in cm and they certainly have authentic HK cuisine, though, here’s the catch…they will serve the new customers top tier dishes on the first two visits to draw in positive reviews and repeat customers. Though on the third visit it’s worthless and in hopes that it’ll go unnoticed. I didn’t believe it at first, sure enough, when we went on our third visit we couldn’t finish the food. Can you name the resto in CM you had a decent experience at on your 2 visits, I could do with some authentic HK dishes, tnx.........

Our experience was at the Meta. Both same owners, HK husband and Thai wife couple. A constant good Sichuan restaurant is Guosetianxiang on Nim 11 and Nim

May 24May 24 Author I used to eat food from.the Sichuan chef who used to cook for the Chinese embassy in DC. He migrated to the US and the Chinese government was very angry about that like a national treasure had been stolen. Many might not know the food but many do. Edited May 24May 24 by Jingthing

May 24May 24 That photo looks like ,Rad -Na- Me-Grop, Thai egg noddle's deep fried, on a bed of veg and normally pork.Available at a lot of Thai restaurants, look for the crispy noodles in a cabinet.

There is no way rad na could fill a craving for HK chow mein. Also in my subjective opinion besides being different, the HK dish is superior. It's fair to guess rad na has Chinese origins as does much of Thai food. Typical of snipers to do that.I guessed Nam Sing might have the dish, and now it's been confirmed. I have not found one other place in town that does it.The problem still is for various reasons I really am not a fan of Nam Sing.
