Why aren't people calling out the brutality of the Iranian regime killing tens of thousands of its own people, or China for its oppression in the west of the country, Russia for bombing civilian targets in Ukraine, what's going on in Sudan etc.? Sure there are a lot of atrocities and injustices around the world. Sudan, Darfur, Yemen, Ukraine, Uyghurs are a few that come to mind.

Jing, please remember that you were the one who brought this up. Zoroastrians have been persecuted by Muslims and the Persians before them. Yazidi were unmercifully persecuted and enslaved by the Islamic State. Jains are today persecuted by the Hindus.

All those are manageable numbers for a homeland. Kurds are too many and Turkey is certainly not going to cede any territory.

Then we’ve got South American indigenes aso.

All these deserve protection from persecution every bit as much as Jews do.
