Beautiful colors - I suspect it is a common rat snake, but was climbing around my grapevine, very docile, not bothered at all I was within a couple feet under it. It went on its merry way, hope it eats all the rats in the yard.

Looks like a Golden Tree Snake (known in Thai as งูเขียวพระอินทร์ / Ngu Kieow Phra In). I had one drop from the outside roof near the front door onto my partner and then hide in my lounge room about a month ago.
