Many of these shows at least the US ones are still on quite a few stations even now. For me at about 8 years old, Batman was the one I never missed, Same Bat Time Same Bat Channel. Ski mask, sweatpants with tighty whities over the top and a towel for a cape, nothing could stop me with my clothes hanger baterang and utility belt. Luckily I lived in the country and nobody could see me.

Yes was a fav of mine Mr P N GUINE was the best baddie.

I was a "kid" in the 50s and 60s. I can remember watching The Adventures of Superman, The Mickey Mouse Club, The Howdy Doody Show, Captain Kangaroo, The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Dragnet, Zorro. I could go on. All on a black and white TV. Color TVs didn't become mainstream until later in the 60s.

"Flipper" and "the Rifleman" were my two favorite shows growing up.

Cartoons on Saturday morning. I remember the first brand new TV we got when I was a kid was an RCA Victor color set. It was delivered o Saturday morning, and the first thing we saw on it was the "Milton the Monster" cartoon show, so that would have been 65 or 66.
