I've given at least 3 links, I suggest you read and watch them all. It's early news, more will be reporting throughout the day, maybe even the guardian 😁

The articles you linked did not say the police tried to publish a statement claiming Nowak was the aggressor. 🤣

Same as your earlier link to The Times, there's nothing in that link that supports your fallacious claim that "Hampshire Police tried to release a statement 3 days into the Nowak trial stating Nowak w

The Hampshire Police were responding to the misinformation and disinformation that could prejudice the trial and could have allowed Digwa to walk free. The CPS were right to advise them against it as

Well theres no smoke without fire Candide. I dont think GB News would report this if it was a false flag they would be reported to the Broadcasting Authority.

Appears there's more Traction this morning as reports are saying that Hampshire Police tried to intervene into the Henry Novak trial to counter disinformation and portray Henry as the aggressor knowing this was not the case, sounds as though they were trying to cover there arses before the awkward questions will be asked in the full report that will follow. As starmer was the head of the CPS once no doubt a cover up or woke excuse will be used to shield the police on anything likely coming there way in a Enquiry..

Bugger me Barra, you're a bit slow. This is precisely why @baansgr started this thread ages ago. You just wake up?

Note to readers: Starmer is the incumbent British PM and a former CPS director and had absolutely nothing to do with Jimmy Saville evading justice either.

Of course, this was absolutely reprehensible of the Police. Admittedly there was a media frenzy in progress, but evenso, that's so weak!

Not in any way an excuse, but for understanding, the Judges comments helpfully explain the Nowak event - "No one has anything kind to say about the police officers who attended to Henry on the evening he was stabbed in Southampton, but it is worth reading the judge’s remarks. It does not necessarily absolve them from blame, but it places events in a context that a two-minute video cannot. “The police were given a convincing but wholly false narrative of the incident,” he said. “It was dark and Henry was wearing a dark top. The entry damage caused by the knife through it, would not have been obvious… It is the experience of the criminal courts that sometimes, someone arrested and handcuffed will feign injury in the hope they may be released. These police officers were faced with having to make quick decisions in pressurised circumstances about the best way to act.”

From yesterday's iPaper

I heard the phone call made to the police operator and to me it was far from convincing. The tone of his voice and the way he spoke should have set different alarm bells ringing from the "racist" ones although as the dreaded racism word was used who knows what message was actually passed on to the police? I would imagine the phone operators receive diversity training too, everybody else seems to these days

It's definitely in the original article from The Times that was linked in the OP. The GBNews channel is simply repeating what The Times is claiming was going to be in the Hampshire police's statement, which never happened.

Only an unidentified Times reporter has publicly mentioned what was allegedly in the Hampshire police's initial statement, since suppressed. The way it's worded, it doesn't appear that the Times reporter saw this, and once again, GBNews is just recycling that allegation. At this point, téhey haven't seen anything either.

No, defo YOU lot of scared white boys, pissing and moaning about serial rubbish governments you probably never voted for in a country you've either forsaken or don't even belong to.

"You scared white boys" That's a strange statement to make unless you are black, and,you know what colour I am, you don't of course and you might be surprised

GB News would not report this if there was evidence it was made up to cause problems or cause divistion. They would reported to the Broadcasting ombudsman and probably asked infront of a panel to explain themselves for misguiding the public. I'm sure in the next few days more news about this will be forthcoming.

Essentially is sounds like they only hire progressive Lefties who are highly influenced by the DEI propaganda that they are force-fed.
It would be interesting to hear from someone who has attempted to get hired as a UK policeman recently to see what the hiring criteria are.

probably don't advertise their criteria other than advertising how "inclusive" they are, applicants are unlikely to be told they were not wanted because they are White they will probably just be told they have been unsuccessful

I'm white, not scared of other faiths and races, and I don't give a ____ what colour you are.

More misleading attempts at point scoring for the far right viewpoint when its not you job to judge?

Police are supposed to wait for facts, but in fast-moving cases they often release “what was reported” before “what we’ve proven”. When that first report comes from the killer, you get headlines like this. The IOPC’s job is to work out if that was just tragic timing, or if there was bias/negligence in how quickly they believed Digwa over a dying teenager.

That’s why the family and the IOPC both matter here — one to challenge the narrative, the other to rule on whether police breached standards.

UK police disgust me.

Cracking heads at the Southampton protests but taking the knee at the blm protests.

They've got 2 tier written all over them.
