Here's another on that doesn't support your lies either.

The Hampshire Police were responding to the misinformation and disinformation that could prejudice the trial and could have allowed Digwa to walk free.

The CPS were right to advise them against it as it would be seen the same way as the useful idiot wannabe Tommy Robinson's see this new post-trial revelation now.

Why? I've read the link you gave. It said nothing about who was the aggressor. The intended police statement was to remind the public that there were ongoing legal proceedings and that the law is clear that nothing could be published which could prejudice the trial. The CPS advised against issuing the statement while the trial was in progress.

I've given at least 3 links, I suggest you read and watch them all. It's early news, more will be reporting throughout the day, maybe even the guardian 😁

I read the Independent and Daily Echo link but can't access the Times one. Neither support your claim.

The GB News video refers to the Times link, which is behind a paywall.

Of course, this was absolutely reprehensible of the Police. Admittedly there was a media frenzy in progress, but evenso, that's so weak!

Not in any way an excuse, but for understanding, the Judges comments helpfully explain the Nowak event - "No one has anything kind to say about the police officers who attended to Henry on the evening he was stabbed in Southampton, but it is worth reading the judge’s remarks. It does not necessarily absolve them from blame, but it places events in a context that a two-minute video cannot. “The police were given a convincing but wholly false narrative of the incident,” he said. “It was dark and Henry was wearing a dark top. The entry damage caused by the knife through it, would not have been obvious… It is the experience of the criminal courts that sometimes, someone arrested and handcuffed will feign injury in the hope they may be released. These police officers were faced with having to make quick decisions in pressurised circumstances about the best way to act.”

That's not my fault you can't access it. And what's wrong with the YouTube video, it's free, with an actual labourite sitting on the panel....it's wrong certain posters calling others liars because of their own misfortunes. You could always stump up £1 for 6 months or maybe even that's roo much?

This fits the two-tier policing critique Rick Prior and others have raised.

Forces overly sensitive to “racism” allegations, quick to believe certain complainants, slower to correct course, and eager to police online speech when it challenges them.

The IOPC investigation into the officers’ actions is ongoing, and a review of anti-racism/diversity guidance has been floated.

A brutal murder by a killer who weaponized a false racism claim, combined with deeply flawed initial police response, followed by an attempt to “combat disinformation” mid-trial.

Public anger is rational.

Pretending this is just “far-right misinformation” ignores the bodycam evidence and the force’s own documented behavior. Proper accountability (not just apologies) is needed if trust is ever to be restored.

I'm not suggesting it's your fault! But OK, I'll wait to see if it's reported elsewhere. I can only comment on what I can see. It seems far-fetched that the police would even consider releasing a statement on who they think "was the aggressor" while a trial is in progress, and that's not what the Independent article says their statement said.

What is wrong with UK police

Essentially is sounds like they only hire progressive Lefties who are highly influenced by the DEI propaganda that they are force-fed.
It would be interesting to hear from someone who has attempted to get hired as a UK policeman recently to see what the hiring criteria are.

Looking at the accessible links, this statement is not correct. Nowhere is the claim made collaborated.

Someone pinch me

Werent the fora left still gasping in shock that a certain football loving journalist once dared to (big gasp) report from outside a trial? Which they assured us was a crime worth a long stretch in solitary?

Yet here there own police force were actively attempting to derail a trial by pushing disinformation mid trial?

You couldnt make this clusterbang up. What sayeth the 2 tier sir Kier fanboys over this?

"The Sunday Times can also reveal that the force wanted to portray Nowak as the aggressor in an official statement three days after his death, but changed their wording after outrage from his grieving family."

The police officers should at least be suspended but there still on duty, and maybe pay back the Million pound they paid for DEI training officers.

Yes, they all have desk jobs currently but are still working and being paid!

One of them at least had the decency to leave the force.

Appears there's more Traction this morning as reports are saying that Hampshire Police tried to intervene into the Henry Novak trial to counter disinformation and portray Henry as the aggressor knowing this was not the case, sounds as though they were trying to cover there arses before the awkward questions will be asked in the full report that will follow. As starmer was the head of the CPS once no doubt a cover up or woke excuse will be used to shield the police on anything likely coming there way in a Enquiry..
