You tubing and website creation. Capcut seems popular but I have concerns regarding security.

Any thoughts ?

Although I'm usually not a fan of Microsoft products, the Clipchamp video editor that comes with MS365 is pretty good.

For editing on the phone, You cut is OK.

Agree with @Kinnock and Clipchamp is OK, very basic adjustments can be made. I've actually started using it a bit more, for drone footage, and mostly for cutting out, paused, slow footage, to shorten and keep it less boring.

Has a lot of preset filters (too many) but has slider to adjust them. I just try to be in the correct light, so minimal editing is needed, except for the cutting out of the crap. If controlled lighting, indoors, unlike most of mine, outdoors, then Clipchamp should be more than enough. Free on Win10, and don't know if free version has less functionality, than Win11/MS365.

VSDC Free Video Editor is better, but has a hell of a learning curve, I haven't the patience to master. Not really a vid person myself, more photos.

I use final Cut Pro.

TedG says "I use Final Cut Pro"

I don’t understand that. Final Cut Pro costs about 300 USD, whereas DaVinci Resolve is free and just as good – perhaps even better.

For me Filmora
