I already paid for second hand bumper fir my car through an individual on car group

Its been 2 weeks but seems not being delivered.

He's somewhere in sathahip and I got his phone no, name, and bank details.

What can I do to get my money back?

Does he offer an excuse for it not been delivered..or has he gone silent ?

I would message and advise if he doesn't deliver or respond- next step will be A Thai person report to local Police ! - and post that in the Facebook group too if possible.

Add his number to Line and see if it's the same person. Scammers usually block you after you paid and have a fake profile. Facebook usually zero help
