Two Tier Policing and other justice in the UK.

The Manchester Attacker has been sentanced to 3 and a half years in jail he will likely be out in a year. Lucy Connolly was sentanced to 31 Months for sending a tweet on facebook. He was charged with ABH instead of GBH even though the female officer recieved hospital treatment for a broken nose. He should have at least been charged with GBH carrying a 5 yrs sentance instead a word was probably whispered to appease the Muslim Community.

Just researched, she was found guilty because she 'urged followers to "set fire" to hotels housing asylum seekers',......................if that is true, it is pretty serious..........

Matey who punched the lights out of the police woman should have got at least 5 imo

Always difficult to compare cases though, depends on previous, judge, attitude in court etc etc

I'm not sure this is the best example of 'two tier policing'.............................how come you reckon he will be out in 12 months if sentenced to 42 months, has he spent time on remand?
