You may or may not be aware that this is a commercial enterprise. In the past, the revenue was substantial and the place was worth a fortune. Those days are long gone, and the business is now struggling.

Removing some of the more “problematic” users (as I understand your point) could very well be the final straw for the place. If you genuinely want to help, why not volunteer to moderate? Otherwise, please stop stirring things up just to draw attention.
