  • I don't know but condemning a Senator as a low IQ loser and a "doofus" because you don't agree with him could be considered by some as of itself an indicator of a less than stellar IQ.

Yeah, you too, low IQ, typical for all you haters and losers. Besides being a jack ass, this low IQ muppet Van Hollen's opening move was to ask the FBI Director if he had a drinking problem, on the record, in a budget hearing, in front of cameras. That's not oversight. That's a political assassination attempt. Here's the part everyone is missing: Patel came prepared. He had Van Hollens FEC filing pulled up before the question was even finished. The filing showed a $7,128 bar tab at the Lobby Bar in December 2025 with 50 attendees. Patel turned around mid-hearing and offered to post it in real time and Van Hollen's defense was "it wasn't public money" which confirmed the bar tab existed. Only a dip<deleted> low IQ jack<deleted> attempts a maneuver like that on a superior and highly intelligent well prepared Patel. Van Hollens feeble minded numbingly amateur attempt at a "gotcha" failed revealing once again what a low IQ dip$hit he like all libtards are.

And?

It was a lie, of course! 🤣🤣🤣

"Hours after the hearing, Patel attempted to reinforce his allegation by posting what appeared to be a Federal Election Commission expense entry linked to Van Hollen's campaign committee on his official government X account.

The document showed a payment of just over $7,000 to Washington's Lobby Bar.

But the filing itself undercut Patel's claim. The expenditure was listed as 'Catering for Event,' not alcohol purchases, and campaign-funded rather than taxpayer-funded."

Lol. In the FEC filling posted by Patel, it's written " catering for event", and paid by campaign funds. (See post above). 😁

So Patel was lying. It wasn't paid by taxpayer money (of course, it's a FEC filling, one must be really stupid to believe it was paid by taxpayer money! 😆), and was about catering.

He knew he was lying, as he posted the filling on X, but didn't worry about it, as he also knew that the low IQ MAGA sheep would believe it and diffuse it! 🤣🤣🤣

Patel guilty of drinking and diving

Patel.jpg

Kash Patel is under mounting fire after revelations he took part in a secretive underwater tour of the USS Arizona Memorial — one of America’s most sacred military gravesites.

The trip, described in internal Navy emails as a “VIP Snorkel”, has triggered anger from veterans and former federal officials who say the FBI chief crossed a line at a site where more than 900 American servicemen remain entombed.

A Secret Visit Beneath Hallowed Waters

The excursion took place during Patel’s August visit to Honolulu, according to records obtained through public information requests.

Snorkelling and diving at the USS Arizona wreck are heavily restricted. Access is typically limited to archaeologists, preservation teams and ceremonial divers connected to Pearl Harbor commemorations.

Veterans React With Fury

Critics say the issue is not simply access, but judgment.

One Marine veteran compared the visit to “having a bachelor party at a church”, arguing the site demands solemnity rather than VIP treatment. Former government divers also questioned why a sitting FBI director was granted unusual access at all.

Nobody Wants Ownership

The controversy deepened after multiple agencies appeared to distance themselves from the decision.

An FBI spokesman refused to directly answer questions about the snorkelling session. The US Navy confirmed the outing happened but said officials could not determine who authorised it. The National Park Service also declined substantive comment.

Another Distraction for a Controversial Director

The Pearl Harbor episode is the latest in a string of headlines surrounding Patel’s conduct since taking office.

He has already faced scrutiny over government jet travel, a high-profile appearance in the US Olympic hockey team’s locker room and diplomatic embarrassment in New Zealand after reportedly gifting replica firearms later deemed illegal under local law.

Questions Over Respect and Optics

Some relatives of Pearl Harbor survivors said they do not oppose rare official visits to the memorial. But several reportedly noted that ordinary families connected to the tragedy have never been afforded similar access.

For critics, the political damage may lie less in the snorkel itself than in what it symbolises: privilege, secrecy and poor judgment at one of the most emotionally charged sites in American military history.

How about blowing a breathalyzer after lunch and after quitting time each day? Everyone else would do it.

Yeah perhaps they should make that a rule for all government employees.

How many beers are they allowed to drink at lunch time?

Certainly the ones that are suspected. I used to get regular random tests.

Obviously the tests the Director of the FBI should submit to, in the interests of building public confidence, are the following

  • Phosphatidylethanol

  • Carbohydrate-Deficient Transferrin (CDT)

  • Gamma Glutamyl Transpeptidase

  • Aspartate Aminotransferase/Alanine Aminotransferase ratio

More useful than a breathalyser test, which a functioning alcoholic can find easy to spoof.

So, was billed as "catering for event", at a bar, got it.

Who gets to decide who's suspected? Why not everyone?

So a FEC filling of a campaign expense is a proof that it was paid by taxpayer money. and therefore Patel is not a liar. Got it! 😂

You obviously never managed a business before or had enough seniority to manage a team, or you were a lazy barsteward before you retired. Testing the entire workforce every day is frankly a stupid suggestion. The costs would drive most businesses to the wall, both because of the massive cost (legally defensible testing costs SEK1000-3000 per employee) and the loss of productivity. You evidently don't understand the reason why private industry needs to generate a profit. Similarly, a public sector employer has the responsibility to the taxpayer, but maybe you've been on the dole most of your life and believe there is a maic money tree.

Randomised testing ensures fairness, encourages good behaiviour, manages costs while achieving the objectives of improving safety and/or ensuring maintaining reputation. Employers have the right to test based on just cause; eg smelling alcohol on the breath of an employee. You evidently believe employees should turn up pissed as a newt. Perhaps its a situation you were familiar with; rocking up at 8 in the morning, with the DTs, needing the hair of the dog to get you through to lunch. But like Tony Adams, you appeared functional to all concerned.

Why else would you be picking a fight with a stranger over randomised workplace alcohol testing.

You obvious know nothing about me, and less about what was being discussed. It was you that brought randomized testing the the discussion I was having.

Patel must have gotten drunk then thought it was a good idea to snorkel

over the scared site in Pearl Harbour, which is an active war grave ,with

2300 sailors entombed there. where did Trump find these people ,

they seemed to have been chosen for their loyalty ,not their common

sense and been good at their job.

What a load of rubbish !! have you never worked underground or in the mining industries EVERY Employee is 100% tested per day BEFORE Start of Shift

Fitness-for-Duty (fatigue, alcohol, and drugs)

Regulators: Mining enterprises must adhere to occupational health and safety codes overseen by agencies such as Safe Work Australia or the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA)

Companies that implement daily fitness-for-duty screening programs often see significant reductions in their Total Recordable Incident Rates

It's amazing what a MAGA guy can learn just by doing that!thumbsup
