I think the problem seems to be that very few can actually see the bigger picture and what is actually going down. It's incremental. Like these types always do. There is NO deal !! there maybe a MoU which is not legally binding the next stage is a deal again not legally binding and finally a contract which is legally binding until you have a contract the rest mean nothing
