Speculation is of little to no use, but I agree that Fentanyl is a good guess, based on how deadly and widespread it has become. As far as I'm aware there are few other substances that would do this. One of the guys abstained. one way or another he has the answer. The idea that people would play jokes by spiking their friends' drinks with toxic substances is ludicrous, I don't think even the stupidest of tourists would do that. Just my opinion
