Another shirtless yobbo manc, Jomtien is the pits when it comes to these scuddy dirty northerners from ex mill towns. No life at home, come here on education or DTV and cause problems with their angst and hate... dirty filth

People should be ashamed to live in Pattaya....

Don't you believe the video footage ?

Thieves usually try to escape , he didn't try to run off ,

He just told them that hed already paid for the item .

Me being gullible ? you believe he stole something without any evidence being produced (that he stole something )

This is after he walked out of the shop shouting at the staff..guilt right there...and they don't attack him until he gets on his bike to ride away from his crime..the man's a thief...

He would have no reason to stop if he paid for everything .

Even if he was thief, attcking him isn't the right way to handle it

I've been to 7 Eleven thousands of times they don't just chase after people, they will have video evidence of him. If he was innocent he should have just said check the video and waited. You are defending scallywags, you're probably one

Those were not 7/11 staff chasing after him and fighting him

So, where's the video of him stealing ?

I am not defending a thief . i am saying that maybe he isn't a thief

You are defending a skallywag who should have called their bluff with a video, but instead he acted like a criminal on the run. One of the staff chased him out, look at the video

Victim playing again...a sorry state of the world when people can't define right from wrong. It's the poor lads own fault, he's been brought up in a country where it is indoctrinated into him that he can do nothing wrong..he's probably one of the 4 million ADHA, autistic or some other made up mental illness sufferers in UK claiming PIP.. poor boy got hurty for doing something wrong. It's not UK, it's Thailand and their are consequences for your actions.

You very much misunderstand .

I am saying that maybe he didn't steal anything .

You have no evidence or proof that he stole .

Even the report says the claims are just allegations

Yes, pity the thieving pansy white guy ran away. A good beat down is the least he deserved.

If four Thai guys attacked you ,

How would you handle the situation ?

Your hypothetical situation would never, ever arise.

You cant answer .

How can you say that some Thai guys would never attack you ?

If four Thai guys attacked you, would you fight them all or run away ?

I did answer.

I know it won't happen. Ever. I know me and my circumstances, you don't.

OK, so hypothetically, if four Thai guys hypothetically attacked you, how would you hypothetically respond ?

40 years ago yes, great working class, not so much now, all seem to be entitled thugs

Quit badgering. It will never happen. Not even hypnotically.

Pretty much par for course with the whole country, sad state of affairs.

That situation has never happened to me. Maybe because I have manners, always try and be polite and am not a thief. The demographics have drastically changed since covid...pre 39 million tourists...post only 30 million but you never had people like this coming here except for full moon parties, now it's every Tom dick and harry that likes a puff...the entitled I can do wtf I want crowd. It's normal for this guy to shoplift, UK doesn't even stop them and he's that stupid he thinks the same lax law applies here....well it doesn't. Honestly these people are a blight on toursim

OK, so how should the UK guy have reacted to 4 Thai guys attcking him ?

You ridiculed him for running way , what should be have done?

Four Thai guys start hitting him , What should he do next ?

The fight the kid put up suggested he might not have needed the energy drinks. He didn't get the drinks but found some adrenaline in the process

If he had done the right thing to begin with and sort out the problem in the shop...it would never had happened..he's shouting and screaming at the shop staff and then just walks out and thinks he can just drive off...what an entitled muppet his he...as said this ain't UK where their is no consequences....it's no Greggs young boy

That doesn't answer the questions though .

How should he have reacted after the four Thais began attacking him ?

Since when have ordinary members of the public, employed by private businesses, been able to impose "fines" on other citizens?

To the best of my knowledge, it’s an “understanding” among Thais that if caught shoplifting the perpetrator pays double the cost of the goods stolen as a “fine”.

Potentially that is what is meant. A Thai “custom”.

He was at the beach with his girlfriend..accused of theft and then set upon by three thugs.

Really! Really thats how you think it went down? An innocent guy on a date on the way home from church? And he got picked on!?

I guess you dont get out much after sundown!

The video footage of the guy in the 7/11 with the Irish accent does not show him insulting the staff. A Thai is heard saying "<deleted> you ".

After defending himself against the cowardly Thai thugs he says to the farang byestander they are hitting me for nothing. That accent is clearly Irish.

“questioning why members of the public tried to physically restrained the suspect instead of contacting police to handle the matter through legal procedures.”

Because the police are hopeless? Even when they do turn up.

Victim playing at it's greatest...some people just don't get it...ok I'll play your little game.

  1. He should not of left the shop to start with..first wrong decision

  2. When people are asking you to not leave for a reason, you should listen rather than trying to flee on your bike. 2nd wrong decision

  3. He should of returned to the shop to sort the problem out but didn't...3rd wrong decision

  4. Every action has a reaction, remember that
