It holds a local copy until that point allowing editing. There is no profile associated with your account - no login etc.You need to upgrade to the new version of the app. I don't know what else to tell you. I've created a profile and it is saved in the app. But you do need to register a new account before you can create a profile.

I think we're all now aware of creating a profile.

DAF! Next time how about getting your facts straight before posting factual incorrect nonsense.

And just like the the original TDAC website, THIM interfaces with the necessary immigration systems, so there is no need to save or show a QR code to the IO when you arrive. The best think about THIM is you create a profile, so you don't need to enter all your personal details (name, address, passport number) everytime like you do with TDAC website.I registered for THIM a day ago after I already used TDAC ste for my regitration. Only issue I had was when it wanted me to scan the passport page cover, that doesn’t work, I was able to upload the copy of information page first try (YaaaY) but when it cam to scanning the chip on cover it failed……..site allowed me to continue despite that, and I got a notice I was completely registered. If this app will provide what it promises, it is worth it. Arrival card, 90 reporting, registering for visa extension before you get to immigration all in one place.

For me, the upload of my passport information page took quite a few tries, but eventually succeeded. 11 minutes ago, Explorator en Action said:when it cam to scanning the chip on cover it failed……..site allowed me to continue despite that, and I got a notice I was completely registered. My passport does not even have a chip, but the app makes you attempt a scan anyway. Registration completes regardless.
