Those were the days. Our local Supermarket in Tabuk had Efes, Grape juice, Sugar and Yeast all in one spot. Then there was SID.

In upstate NY, my grandfather used to make wine in his basement. He had a huge barrel and all the related contraptions. I think he started back during prohibition, although he continued to make the stuff long after that came to an end. I was a little kid the last time I was at his house, so I didn't get to drink any, if my memory is correct.
