Police launch murder investigation into death of Ann Widdecombe

Why would you do that? Is your life so sad you have nothing else to do? The police have asked the public to stop speculating, since it can spread misinformation and really hurt the people close to Anne. It's tough, because we all want answers, but respecting the investigation and the family’s privacy matters most right now.

Nonsense, without people speculating and coming up with good questions the police involved wouldn't have been fired

Nobody knows that it's left wing extremism. Equally, we don't know that it's not.

Of course the police are considering it, they'd be negligent in their duty if they didn't. However, as I posted earlier:

Investigators are considering whether leftwing, anarchist and single-issue terrorism (LASIT) played a role in the suspect’s alleged motivation, but are keeping an open mind as new material emerges.

[...]

Sources stress the investigation is at an early stage, and warn that initial assumptions can change as inquiries progress.

You do understand that there's a difference between considering something and concluding it, don't you?

Agreed, what you say is nonsense. At least we agree on something. No police in the Widdicombe case have been reported fired, but they have asked for the speculating to stop. Of course stopping speculation does not register with everyone for reasons best known to the troublemakers that do so.

That explains why Farage is never in Clacton attending to his constituents' needs.

How come we never hear about weekly Zoom surgeries which could be triaged and spend a couple of hours a week on. Having done a deep dive zero evidence that he has done this and besides he would be crowing if he did. A suggestion to Saint Nigel - crank down the divisiveness and anger you spout and the threat against you personally may recede. Ye reap that which you sow,

It's not even Clacton, he rarely bothers turning up to parliament either.

He is like Thai cops unless you pay him he won't do anything and most of the poor sods who think he is the new messiah haven't got a pot to p"ss in but he will nick their votes pressing their buttons like the evil Pied Piper he is. Pay him £5 million though and he will go into full drive' Let's hope the fags and booze ensure a self-inflicted early demise. He must stink like an ashtray - smokers like him are pretty disgusting now I remember when I worked in an office they came in the lift after a fag break stinking to high hell.

His voters don't care about that, they know he has bigger fish to fry but it doesn't stop the lefties trying a dig that never catches

You are as ignorant as they are, turn a blind eye to his grifting as long as he shouts about boats. You make it easy for him and he laughs all the way to the bank. He literally laughs at you, he has no respect for you, he doesn't care about you.

But he gives the racists, xenophobes and bigots an outlet they can get behind

The uncle of a man held on suspicion of the murder of Ann Widdecombe has told the BBC how he "nearly fell to the floor" when he heard his nephew had been arrested.

"My legs went like jelly," he said. "He's the last person I would think would do anything like that."

He lives near his nephew, although he has not seen him properly for about 10 years. He remembers him as a "quiet and unassuming boy" who was "gentle and polite" and "everything that a shy, young boy would be".

Speaking to the BBC in Rotherham, the man, who we are not naming, said his nephew had been living with his father until his death a few months ago.

A woman who lives near the suspect also said that she did not see her neighbour very often. Courtney Foster said "he used to take his dad out shopping while he was still alive, but since then he never really went out much".

She said a car left the property in Rotherham between 07:30 and 08:00 BST on Wednesday last week and was back by around 17:30 or 18:00.

These introverted types, loners, no friends are a risk, easy to go loopy on your own, so many gullible people believe anything these days

Which doesn’t stop you posting nonsense:

At a press conference in Exeter, the assistant chief constable Matt Longman said the force did not believe at this stage that the killing was politically motivated, and after an initial consultation with counter-terrorism officers, had ruled out a terrorist motive.

“It’s early stages of the investigation, so we remain open-minded at this time,” Longman said. “I’ve got no information to believe that that is a politically motivated crime.”

This one aged well, didn't it😅

Lesson to be learned here, dont trust msm, use your common sense. No satisfaction being proved correct(as usual) against leftist disinformation.

Good boy, a good loyal subject.

You don't care that he takes money from a convicted fraudster and doesn't declare it. You don't care that he accepts £5m from a crypto billionaire right before he declares he is running for public office and then says one of his key policies will be the deregulation of crypto trading, and a slashing of capital gains tax on crypto trades. And not declaring it. And then lying about it. Several times.

https://www.theblock.co/post/356366/nigel-farage-uk-bitcoin-reserve-capital-gains-tax-cut-crypto-revolution-reform

If you're "glad" about that and think he deserves it then you not only have very low standards but you have an extremely wonky moral compass. But you don't like boats and he shouts at them so everything's ok.

Some of us want and expect people in public office to play by the rules, be held to high ethical standards and not use their position to enrich themselves. Some, like you, don't. Interesting.
