I arrived in Pattaya a few days ago. I tried to arrange to donate blood, but the Red Cross does not answer their emails. I have O- blood and the AMerican Red Cross is constantly after me to donate.

Thai organizations -- especially government ones -- often do not reply to emails, especially emails in English.

If you meet the criteria for donation (see https://thaibloodcentre.redcross.or.th/en/donor-eligibility/) -- but note that the age cut off is 60 if you have not donated blood before in Thailand - then just go in person to one of the frequent mobile collection sites in Pattaya. Upcoming ones:

Aug 24 oattaya City Hall 9 am - 2 pm

Aug 29 Pattaya South Big C 11 am - 3 pm
