Two US service members in Jordan were killed, and one was missing in action as the US and its allies “defended against Iranian ballistic missile and drone attacks”, the US military said Saturday.

They were killed on Friday, according to US Central Command, marking the first US deaths due to direct Iranian fire since the start of the Iran war.
