the only i know,about 10 or 15 years agio they start to make holes in the drivinglicence. 3 holes and with 4 holes the drivinglicence would be suspended.

same 20 yrs ago fines was already in system and cant pay tax

Does the result given by a google include or exclude those aged under 15 or over 65 ?

Just asking as that is a fair chunk of the populace and if does not exlcude your numbers are grossly incorrect.

That proposal was announced quite some time ago but as with many things here nothing happened.

The Police seem to have the ability to block a lot of these changes obviously affects the bribes they collect
