Importing A Car And Duty Limit For Thais

1. Can a Thai national import a car duty free if the car is 10 years plus old with the ownership also being in the Thai nationals name for 18 months prior to being imported.

2. If a Thai spends over 6 months or 1 year outside Thailand what amount of goods both new and used value wise can they send back with them.
