You can find licenses for under a couple hundred THB.

However, it's the plain truth. User error is unlikely, as I'm a many years regular user, and when using an official key instantly works.

I have, I didn't want to waste time – worth more than a few hundred baht for me, time is the only thing I cannot buy, even if I won in the lottery...😉 — instead I just paid the price for something that works and comes with a full service...👍

Windows 11 Enterprise is an upgrade license; your PC must already be running a genuine underlying license of Windows 11 Pro.

Did you buy the genuine product Windoes Pro 11 from a vendor at the night market in Patong or get it from some Russian download site that definitely doesn't have malware? 🤔

User error is most likely. There may have been an extra hoop, such as a Telephone Activation or some other step that you could not comprehend.

Either way, both Windows and Office failing, points to user error.

Ja, det er mærkeligt, ikke sandt? Jeg laver brugerfejl, når jeg bruger en Lazada-nøgle. Det burde ikke være så svært, når man får et downloadlink og en nøgle. Downloader billedet, installerer det og skriver aktiveringsnøglen, når man bliver bedt om det. "Nøglen er ikke gyldig". Købte i stedet en ægte MS-nøgle, indtastede den i samme installation, og bingo: Det virker!

And by the way, I've installed about 100 MS operation systems over the years and never ever had a key issue, starting with MS Dos, then Windows from win 3.11 to win11. I programmed our business systems in pascal for both DOS and Windows, as in older days you could not buy a variety in more specialized software, I'm not complete novice.

Same problem with the office key from Lazada. Both keys were cheap – so cheap that not worth complaining, I've already had bad experience with wasting time with that from a pair of other products – perhaps the keys were not genuine?

Unlikely. I've purchased keys in the past via Lazada/Shopee for 77 baht. The vendor doesn't receive the money immediately, so you have a window to let them know that the key isn't working in so they can instruct or find a solution.

Often in the guide that came with the key, were specific instructions. Some were for a Telephone Activation. Others might require you to enter the key via a script, resetting activation or even the Edition before applying the key.

In all of my experience, I have not ever purchased a key that didn't work or wasn't replaced immediately on the evidence that it didn't work. No need to complain, but simply to provide a screenshot. Microsoft were giving the keys away to developers and subscribers of certain products. They worked, in the main.

Better off buying the license from Microsoft, you know what you are getting by doing that.

Both keys are valid, but only for specific editions.

Windows key is Win 10 RTM Enterprise Volume: MAK

Office key is Office21_ProPlus2021MSDNR_Retail

Usually, with such keys, they would supply a link to the images that match with the keys.
