Now i've been suffering with nose and throat problems for about a year, excessive mucus in my nose and mouth and phlegm in my throat. I'm constantly having to clear these two issues and its really been pissing me off. Wifey reckons its due to the air quality as Korat is quite bad but luckily better than Chang Mai.

Now docs have recco... nasal sprays which i have been using regularly which have produced some benefits but nothing long lasting. I have seen on Fakebook a product called Lignosus powder that is recco... for exactly my complaint, not cheap at i think 65 Singapore dollars per packet.

Has anyone any experience of using this product or know anyone that has, TIA
