Diseases do not exist in the way we are told they do by the eggspurts.

I contend that there are 5 ways we get sick. Each one sends the body out of balance. From then on the body starts its repairing; if it can. It has to have the tools. And having the tools start to take shape before we are even conceived. The two most important years of our lives are the ones either side of our birth.

The symptoms, that the white-coats call illness/disease, are the cure of the body's ills. There are reasons for the cough and sneezes. There are reasons for the fever. And they should not be interrupted by BP (Big Pharma) medicines, injections or interventions. If they are, and the healing process is slowed or halted altogether, the detoxification will not complete and will rear its head another day. And, perhaps the accumulation of toxins has magnified to the point where the next time will reveal a worse problem.

IMO, it is the stopping of natural body processes that leads to many of today's cancers.

Nature has all the answers. We just have to look and learn.

You can start by explaining why people live so much longer and healthier today than 200 years ago. Life expectancy has more than doubled globally since 1900.

In many cases it cannot. You are talking about a perfect world. Humans are not meant to be perfect. This is some kind of dreamworld that we can all heal ourselves.

Story of John/Jane.

The mum has no inclination to take toxic medicines or have injection in th year leading up to the birth of her babe. She breasts-feeds for 18 months. No baby formula. She, nor the babe, has had any BP medicine. The lad/lassie gets to teenage years, going through all the age health resets, such as 'measles' without injections or vaccinations.

Our subject gets to well into his/her 90s, maybe 100, before popping his/her clogs.

If you want to live a long healthy life; stay away for BP medicines, injections, vaccinations and interventions. Oh yes! Tell yer future mum to love nature.

Yes! If it can? If it has the tools, and if it's not damaged by BP toxic concoctions that can restrict the body's natural healing processes.

So, where do we get the tools? Firstly food and drink. We are a mix of the very stuff that is found in nature. We are a part of nature after all. We need a steady supply of minerals; both major and minor. Same with vitamins.

Of course, we get all we need from food!? Or do we? Unfortunately, much of the stuff eaten by people is not really food in the true sense. At least not food for our bodies to be nourished and thrive. For us to eliminate the toxins, that we naturally accumulate through modern living, we need the full range of tools.

We are nature. Nature is us.

In your opinion what is really food in the true sense? Nowadays chemicals, pesticides, hormones are found everywhere in our food chain. And hundreds of years ago when food was still cleaner and more natural people had a life expectation of 50 years. This is all theory in my opinion.

Maybe mental health has declined, but that is much harder to prove. Life expectancy is far easier to compare.

A closer look at human physiology will show that our bodies adapt.

This life expectancy is a bit of a red herring. Children often died through accidents or poor living conditions. Childbirth was not as safe as it might be, every young death brought down the averege considerably.

But you raise a good point and well worth a debate. That our food chain is full of stuff that shouldn't be there. If our bodies have the tools, the bad entities can often be dealt with in real time. Unfortunately eating crap food is not nourishing the body, and does not replenish the required nutrients. The body does not then get the necessary vitamins and minerals it needs. So instead of dealing with the undesirables as they come in, they are tucked away in the tissues, where they can rear their heads later, and cause havoc.

You are painting a picture that is not really true. People died from poor nutrition, parasites, infections, respiratory illnesses, tuberculosis, pneumonia, diarrhoea, typhoid, measles, smallpox and many other diseases. Good genes and the right diet could help, but only so far.

Child mortality pulled the average down, but many adults also died long before old age. Maybe the planet would not be so overpopulated today if we had done nothing about it, but the price would have been millions more horrible and preventable deaths. Many diseases that killed people regularly 1,000 or 2,000 years ago are now rare, controlled or completely eradicated.

I do not believe that (in bold) for one second. And anyone stating such is researching incorrect information.

There are no diseases. Not back then. Not now. But people did die (obviously). Poor nutrition probably resulted in them not being able to get the body back to normal after an insult or build up of toxins.

Back in the day in London. the diet not unusually consisted of bread and beer.

How do you come to such an unusual assumption? The human body was never meant to be perfect and able to regenerate with good nutrition. This is just a theory. And a far fetched one in my opinion.

Story at a Glance:

• No industry, organization, or cause tasked with solving a problem will actually solve it, because the problem disappearing threatens their economic livelihood or political power.

• The pharmaceutical industry has perfected this model: drugs are designed to be taken perpetually rather than cure, side effects create demand for additional drugs, and the entire regulatory apparatus is structured to suppress affordable natural therapies that challenge it.

• SSRIs epitomize this dynamic—massively overprescribed, frequently life-ruining, and nearly impossible to withdraw from—yet for decades, the industry successfully kept all criticism of them out of mainstream discourse.

• Kennedy announced a multiagency federal effort to combat inappropriate SSRI prescribing, train providers in how to correctly taper patients off antidepressants, and provide non-pharmaceutical alternatives.
• This marks the first time in memory a federal health initiative has aimed to help get patients off a major drug class rather than on one.

And this cartoon tells the harsh truth:

A patioent cured.webp

Kennedy announced a multiagency federal effort to combat inappropriate SSRI prescribing, train providers in how to correctly taper patients off antidepressants, and provide non-pharmaceutical alternatives.

I'm working on a non-pharmaceutical alternative for anxiety.

But mostly it involves living outside in the daytime and eating food fresh from a garden.

We're rebranding poverty, basically.

Nutrients, although very important, are only part of the big picture.

The body is essentially only interested in two things. Survival and reproduction. It does everything it can to ensure both. But, it has to be helped. Helped by being given the tools to do both. This is where good nutritious food and clean water come in. A good diet starts from the first day born.

Keep away from Supermarkets, Clinics and Hospitals AMAP in my view.

Well, if you look at the author, then you'll realise there is coming something far away from common sense and science.

Thank you all other members who did simple research to disprove the post.

Blind trust in docs is definitely a bad mistake.

Had hepatitis B in my early twenties. Got over it by drinking a lot of water. A little later I contracted malaria in West Africa during which I had no access to medication but recovered. Now 85, and generally ok.

Maybe in some cultures the year is shorter than what most know as 365 days in a year. It’s kind of like in some countries where you are considered 1 when you are born. You just never know what cultures may use to count time. Just a thought. 🧐

That is correct . My grandmother had a stroke from diabetes and died in the 1925 . In those days there was very little knowledge of the condition and no medication. These days with medical intervention a diabetic can have a long life. Like myself 70 next week and also a diabetic.

You are partially right.

I admit > in trauma cases, I might take an occasional pill. But indeed I never take any pills or injections for treatment of chronic conditions (which I am lucky to be spared of anyway).

Pharmacists peddling Big Pharma filth and allopathic doctors prescribing that toxic crap would be paupers, if more people would understand that by design 'conventional medicine doesn't cure' and actually undermines your natural-given health.

And of course I also shun clinics and hospitals, and never take any 'health check-ups'. And that stance has served me very well as in my 70 years I only needed 4 short hospital treatments for acute trauma to get me up and running again.

So if you underwent a heart bypass and you required medication daily to prevent you having a heart attack or a stroke you would refuse it ?

...You Just Have To Go Back In History...Over 100 Years Ago...When A Certain 'Powerful Individual' Took It Upon Himself To Ban 'Any & All Natural Treatments & Cures'... (?)

...Then Commived Contived & Coerced Anyone In The Profession To Comply...

...Including 'Learning Institutions'....And 'Publishing Houses'...

...Essentially Rewriting 'Reality'...And 'History'... (?)

...And No One Has Ever Been Cured Of Anything Since... (?)

...In Fact, All Major Illnesses, That Never Even Existed Before...Have Skyrocketed... (?)

I asked you a question!

Please answer it!

The question is; "have ever taken any medicine in your life!"

Please answer yes or no!

Yes, I have - and paid dearly for it. Took 3 yrs to get rid of side effects - and I’m considered lucky, but it was my own hard work and determination not to mention suffering that I was able to get rid of the side effects.

I will now use allopathic medicine for acute and life saving acute situations, ie heart attacks, stroke, broken bones, acute food poisoning, severe wounds etc. For the rest I have found a highly educated doctor who works with the body rather than suppressing symptoms.

2 minutes ago, Globalres said:

Yes, I have

I did not ask you anything!

The question was directed to the OP and has NOTHING to do with what did or did not happen to you!

Infections, serious conditions involving say vital organs, vaccines etc sure depend on regular alopathic medecine. No doubt. No arguing. But many of the small daily medical annoyances can be cured with alternative medecine like homeopathy. Take the common cold or a common upset tummy Totally absurd to rush on antibiotics as there are many homeopathic remedies that work...work on me anyhow, if hit on the right formula and dilution and taken as per the indications. Again, this is only for small daily issues and absolutely does not replace regular medical diagnose that remains necessary at the slightest doubt. But once the doctor confirms that is not a big issue, I would stay away from regular allopathic medecine from the big pharmas.
