Do you really think that the only legitimate wealth is earned by backbreaking manual labour? Teachers and doctors don't do 'work' as such, but they do provide a service. Do you begrudge their non manual labour income?

My properties have undergone some modifications/ improvements, done myself and the bride. Similarly the farming adventure. Both have added value as well as an income stream.

Some of the share market investment is through superannuation which is compulsory in Australia. Funnily enough it was introduced by a Labor government. That'll get your blood pressure up.
