US asked Ukraine to avoid striking Moscow over the coming days

Ukrainian sources indicate its related to Moscow's intention, following the September State Duma elections, to undertake a "peripheral mobilisation" of 300,000 men, meaning, mobilising anywhere but Moscow and St Petersburg (for obvious reasons, even dictators can be scared of the mob at times).

To put that in perspective, in 2026, 261,000 Russians were conscripted. A Russian law (created by Putin after the cataclysmic first Chechen War) prevents conscripts from being sent to the frontline. Hence, Ukrainian troops were able to easily roll over poorly trained conscripts in Kursk. During the same period, Russia attempted to get 460,000 new contractors; these are the Russian soldiers who are on the front line. Supposedly these are Russians who have freely signed contracts to become professional members of the armed forces (many may have been coerced or tricked). Russia was unable to achieve that target, according to the Ukrainians, achieving less than half of that.

Russia is scraping the barrel for men with prior experience who are not in so-called protected occupations. An extra 300,000 need training, equipping, feeding, paying. Moscow might skimp on maybe 2 out of 4 of those things. If Ukraine can further stress that, then they would be hoping for a repeat of 1917, when a Russian Army decided it had enough of fighting the Kaiser. So continue to target logistics, training depots, financial tools.

Ratcliffe, in relative terms, is the most pro-Euro member of the US cabinet. In December 2021, he was one of several figures warning about Russian plans to invade Ukraine.

I don't know yet either way and we may never know, but I continue to hear the visit was about recent Russian attacks within NATO rather than the mobilization for the war against Ukraine.

There was a recent attack where just by dumb luck a Russian drone was stepped on. If it had gone through, several German nationals would have been killed.

If Russia keeps this up, they will get what they want. A real test of NATO resolve.

I reckon the US rep was there to tell them, stop testing us.

It's totally reasonable for Russia to attack NATO forces. NATO have started a war with Russia. And it's not as if it's the first time the Germans have tried this!

I tend to believe Russia over NATO.

NATO is part of the New World Order!

Putin has done an amazing job in Russia, sanctions has stopped the globalist distribution system. Now Russia has all the same products we have, but all manufactured in Russia, and with Russian labels.

But cheaper prices. This is how the rest of the world needs to work.

Just imagine all food sold in the UK being sourced and manufactured in the UK!

Do you actually know any Russians? None of those that I know are singing from the hymn sheet that you appear to have manufactured.

The ones who are in Russia are curiously silent. The ones outside don't appear to have any intention of going back.

Where are you from and do you have any intention of going back?
If not why not?

Is it the politicians in your country turning into a 3rd world <deleted> hole or big bad putin?

Why would Russia want to invade the New 3rd World (the EU)?
They have no oil, no gas, just a bunch of pissed off, demoralised whites and rapey new male arrivals.

Also

Why would (the corporations and industrial owners in charge of) US and EU politicians want to invade Russia - a country with massive OIL and GAS resources - as will as mineral and rare eath wealth).

Honest questions - can you give an honest answer that makes sense?

Tell Trump to whistle as he has distanced himself from Europe/NATO and it's european defence problems. Bit rich to come chiming in and bark pro-Russian BS when he's already shown he admires evil dictatorships and wishes he was in charge of one.

Trump has got what he said he wanted, which was Europe stepping up and taking control, but then whinges because they direct things against his fascist pal Putler. Trump is a moron and could have been great as so many gave him so much space and befefit of the doubt (including me originally)... but he has squandered it like some intolerant CEO, which is what he really is, not a president.

Frankly none of your business to your first question. Yes, I live there to your second.

I can afford to live in both countries. I don't know anything about Putin. I referred to my Russian friends and acquaintances.

Is he big and bad for you?

I think that I might have encountered your deranged character before, here.

Change of username I guess.

The issue I see, with your unhinged behaviour, is that you direct it at everyone, rather than attempting to understand the position of the individual with whom you hope to have a discussion.

im thinking the events in leipzig is behind this, that is crossing a line that NATO cant tolerate

I've already written that I still live there.

The problem with your type of derangement illness, is that you cannot respond to unexpected stimuli. The fact is that I replied to your question, twice, but you didn't have a retort at hand for that. So you keep asking different people the same question until you get the answer for which you hoped. Then you can continue to rant.

Do you think that you are the normal one here?

The inability to answer a fair, straightforward question indicates lying (though, tbf it could be alzhiemers).

It also could be that you are suffering from a delusional illness.

Let's put your theory to the test...your inability to answer the following straightforward questions, shall be, as per your guidelines, regarded as evidence of you lying.

What are my political views with reference to the current conflict? Am I against Russia and for Ukraine or for Ukraine and against Russia? Am I from an EU country?

You see, your failure to establish even the most cursory knowledge of the views of the person with whom you choose to bombard with your inane questions, marks you out as someone lacking in the most basic of social skills and human intelligence. Will you prove to be a liar(by your own measure) too?

Zelinsky remains reasonably popular which is pretty pretty good after so many years at war.

The Mexican people are very happy with their Jewess. She is one of the most popular leaders in the world.

The USA has an emerging Jewish star in Jon Ossoff.

It's funny not ha ha how often notorious blatant racist Jew haters are shy about saying the word Jew.

It's not hard to figure out the psychology of that though.

Jewish leaders are leaders.

Some better than others.

Like any other kind of leaders.

Yes Netanyahu is unspeakably bad.

NATO started the war by hinting the countries bordering Russia could join.

Russia is merely trying to enforce the NATO/USSR agreement to not move closer.

Biggest BULL<deleted> ever!!! The Baltic states and Ukraine only wanted to protect themselves from renewed Russian enslavement. It was and is their free will as sovereign states to join NATO!!!

Putin simply refuses to accept this because he believes these countries still belong to Russia.

OK, so it’s Zelensky’s Jewishness that has somehow led Ukraine down what you perceive to be the wrong path. It’s because he’s a Jew. Blame the Jew.
