I had some just the other day and it was surprisingly good. Not sure if they marinated it in advance.

If you know what you're doing, cheap cuts of steak can work.

And good cuts are very pricey, especially if you eat out.

Thats always a risk ,and I'm sure he's aware of it He seems pretty switched on ,, If he moved on she could not keep the bar going on her own it would soon disappear

I think the bar is actually owned by the Nightwish group run by a guy called Bryan Flowers I would imagine they sorted out the legalities The guy in the article previously worked as a barmanager for nightwish group'

Don't ask me. I am merely repeating what the marketing pundits state. 🫡 Picanha has an exotic nuance that apparently excites and interests the target non Spanish/Portuguese speaking demographic. I think it sounds more like a diarrhea inducing bug one picks up in Latin America, but then I am not up on what's chic in the F&B sector. At least they did not call it backside meat.

FYI: The name is said to originate from ranchers in regions of Spain and Portugal who used a long pole or goad called a picana to poke and guide livestock. The stick was used against the animals rump.
