Red (roseate) And Sore Nose

I have a (I hope) minor problem.

For the third time my nose, and I mean a bit above the point in a patch maybe half inch diameter, has got reddish. Really rather sore sort of under the surface. This is nothing drastic but unpleasant and a bit puzzling and I must think of womankind.

I don't believe it's sunburn I'm usually in the shade.

I am late fifties, fit, don't hardly drink and take no meds.

Any ideas or shall I go and see Khun Nalin at Taipei Gate?
