Anyone can please translate this medical term?

มือเท้าปากเปื่อย

or

โรคมือเท้าปากเปื่อย

It is not measles, pox, mumps.. He has spots inside his mouth, could be contagious. Has fever at night. Has spots on his feet and parts of his arm. Kids across the street whom he has never played with ALL have it and it lasts 5 to 10 days.

Thanks a million.

Thanks for the responses the PMs..

Finally I have it and you are all correct.

Foot and mouth disease.. not the same as the cow foot and mouth..

Here is a link in English. This may or should be moved to the health or family forum. Quite common in Thailand.

Thanks again to everyone!

Not on topic - however early treatment of foot & mouth is essential. If the virus gets into the kids brain - big problems.
