Hi All,

Can anyone help please.

Currently I run my business with a work permit and I benefit from an extension of stay.

If I decide not to work,how is tax calculated on the company,as I am assuming I will not have to pay personnal tax,or employ four Thai employees and I can resort to being only a shareholder.If I do this can I still get my Non Imm B ?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
